How do I report a bug?

You can send any report or issue you find to our support desk at Please provide additional information for us at OneParish to help us troubleshoot as fast as possible.

Here are a few things to consider, such as which version of the app you're using, whether it be IOS or Android. Also including a screenshot of the error will help our developers. 

How do I know I have encountered a bug?

Here are a few options to make sure you have found one:

  • Make sure you have the updated version of the app.

  • Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

  • Test your wifi/data connection.

How long will this take?

Our team is dedicated to making sure you have the best experience as possible. Depending on the bug this may take a day, or even a few weeks.
