How do I report a bug?

You can send any report or issue you find to our support desk at support@oneparish.com. Please provide additional information for us at OneParish to help us troubleshoot as fast as possible.

Here are a few things to consider, such as which version of the app you're using, whether it be IOS or Android. Also including a screenshot of the error will help our developers. 

How do I know I have encountered a bug?

Here are a few options to make sure you have found one:

  • Make sure you have the updated version of the app.

  • Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

  • Test your wifi/data connection.

How long will this take?

Our team is dedicated to making sure you have the best experience as possible. Depending on the bug this may take a day, or even a few weeks.
