Here are a few things to consider, such as which version of the app you're using, whether it be IOS or Android. Also including a screenshot of the error will help our developers.

  • Here are a few options to make sure you have found one:

    • Make sure you have the updated version of the app.
    • Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
    • Test your wifi/data connection.

  • How long will this take?
  • Our team is dedicated to making sure you have the best experience as possible. Depending on the bug this may take a day, or even a few weeks.
