PLAN. PREPARE. RESPOND.
As you all know, COVID-19, otherwise known as the Coronavirus, is spreading across our nation. Dioceses and churches are canceling Masses and other activities, and many other events are being curtailed. Here at the J. S. Paluch Company, we understand how important it is for you to keep in touch with your parishioners even when you can’t see them on Sunday, especially in these challenging times.
Your bulletin is the heart of parish communications. So how do you get it to people who cannot currently attend Mass? We have created a Digital Parish 2-Week Plan to help you stay connected with your flock. It includes a step-by-step guide to getting your regular bulletin communications out using our eBulletin service and (optionally) signing them up for Online Giving. Both the plan and the service are free to all J.S. Paluch bulletin parishes.

2. Continue building your email list. Included in your Preparedness Kit are a series of ready-made social media posts and graphics to help get people signed up for the eBulletin service and a step-by-step guide.
3. Encourage your parishioners to give online. OneParish has a complete online giving tool they can use today without an extensive parish sign-up. Simply have your parishioners create an account at my.oneparish.com and start giving instantly.
Once you have uploaded your email list and prepared your social media posts, stay in contact with your parish as normal, confident that your bulletin remains a stable source of information in these difficult times.
